Spencer's for Steaks & Chops is a stylish and sophisticated steakhouse with luxurious interiors that serves classic chophouse fare with a contemporary twist.
Based in the Hilton Hotel Orlando, the restaurant features traditional steakhouse décor with dark wood and leather accents, elegantly dressed tables and romantic lighting. The menu features thick house-butchered cuts of USDA choice Florida beef, free-range chicken and pork, fresh seafood and a range of vegetarian options.
The full-service bar and wine room have an extensive menu of fine wines from around the world, which can be enjoyed by the glass or bottle, craft beers on tap or by the bottle, and handcrafted cocktails. Spencer’s for Steaks and Chops also features a 12-seat private dining room, a private bar and an outdoor terrace for alfresco dining. Spencer’s for Steaks and Chops is open for dinner only, Tuesday through Saturday.
