Located in the Golf Clubhouse at Rosen Shingle Creek Hotel, A Land Remembered is a high-end Florida-inspired steakhouse that serves classic chophouse fare in a stylish and sophisticated setting.
Named after the late Patrick Smith's novel highlighting Florida's rich history and landscapes, the AAA Four-Diamond and legendary steakhouse serves a menu of traditional cuisine such as world-class Harris Ranch all-natural prime Black Angus beef steaks, prime USDA chops and prime ribs, fresh seafood and shellfish, housemade pasta, fresh salads and vegetables, and decadent desserts.
The cuisine is accompanied by a range of domestic and imported wines, craft beers by the bottle, and a variety of handcrafted cocktails made with premium spirits. A Land Remembered is open for dinner, seven nights a week.
