Review & FAQ:

Canova Beach Park is 9.1-acre public beach park with fine golden sand, a small pavilion, a picnic shelter, a grill, benches, restrooms, a drinking fountain, and a few outside showers. A relatively small part of the Canova Beach is allowed for dogs – it is clearly marked on both sides. The dogs must have current shots and license tags and have to be on a leash. On the bright side, there is no fee for the use of the beach, and it is large enough for some splashing, digging, and playing with other dogs. The owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. Poop bags and garbage bins are available.
