Bon Temps Grill is a friendly, down-to-earth neighborhood place where you want to bring the family for dinner. It is also a place to discover authentic ‘swamp edge cuisine’, a mix of Cajun and Creole dishes that are difficult to separate but are passionately defended. The restaurant grills its food with fragrant mesquite wood that adds a fine tang to the meats. Try their grilled pork chops stuffed with apple and tasso (pork shoulder.)
