Known mainly for their pizzas and subs, Dion's is a casual counter-serve family restaurant chain founded in 1978 in Albuquerque. One of the two locations in Las Cruces, their El Paseo Road location, is a spacious, modern place popular in the neighborhood for delicious traditional pizzas made with fresh local ingredients and offering a fast and excellent service. They have a nice selection of original and gourmet pizzas, but you can also make your own combo. Kids particularly like to watch their pizza being put together before it goes into the oven. Their salads are exceptionally fresh and come in interesting combinations, such as the Crunchy Spinach with spinach, edamame, romaine lettuce, mushrooms, cranberries, provolone, and croutons.
