Amston Lake is private, but campers are given complimentary beach passes. A boat launch is only 350 steps away from where you'll pitch your tent, and there are two beaches located within a mile of the campground. Motorboats are not permitted on the lake, but it's perfect for canoeing, kayaking, paddleboarding, and floating, so don't forget to bring your equipment. Water and electric hookups are available if needed.
