Review:

Resting on a hill in a downtown park in Greenwich, The Bruce Museum explores the natural history, arts, and culture of the region. The museum has two locations with both art and natural history exhibition space, the main building in the park, and a second location known as the Bruce Museum Seaside Center at Greenwich Point Park. Permanent exhibits in the main building include dioramas of Connecticut woodland wildlife and birds, the effects of human interaction on the environment, and the Native American history and culture of the area. The museum also hosts rotating exhibitions of natural history, arts and culture, photography, and science, while the Bruce Museum Seaside Center boasts beach-related exhibits, including a touch tank, and a mobile museum known as the ‘Brucemobile’ which is used for community outreach programs.
