Built in 1902, the Grant Humphreys Mansion is a charming neoclassical home that was originally constructed for the third Governor of Colorado.
Today, the mansion is a truly elegant setting for wedding ceremonies and receptions. Both indoor and outdoor venues are available, including an elegant ballroom with a built-in stage and beautiful flower gardens. The venue can accommodate up to 150 people for a buffet-style dinner or up to 200 for a cocktail reception, and rental fees include all tables and chairs, basic audio-visual equipment, and ample parking. Clients are asked to choose from the venue's list of approved caterers.
