For example, the establishment uses wind powered electricity exclusively while the hot water they use is collected from solar collectors located on their very own roof top. Dedicated to sustainability, the brewery even feeds their spent brewing grain and yeast to their cattle. With 5 or 6 ales on tap regularly, there’s always something new to try at the brewery too.
