In addition to the regular favorites such as omelets, breakfast sandwiches, pancakes, waffles, and French toast, the diner serves an array of specials such as the Jan’s Special of two scrambled eggs, diced sausage, and home fries, chicken steak and eggs, and huevos rancheros with two eggs, refried beans, tortillas, and green chili. Sheldon's Luncheonette is open for early breakfast and lunch, seven days of the week.
