Rudy's Little Hideaway Restaurant is a casual Tex-Mex eatery that serves comfort food for breakfast and lunch, Tuesdays through Sundays, in an adobe-style building with a lovely patio. Owned and operated by Rudy Escobedo, the long-standing little hideaway serves humble but heartfelt eats for breakfast, such as eggs and meat dishes, biscuits and gravy, three-egg omelets with a variety of fillings, hotcakes and French toast, and a selection of Mexican dishes such as breakfast sandwiches, huevos rancheros, Tex-Mex scrambles, burritos, enchiladas, and chilaquiles.
