King's Chef Diner is a Colorado institution that has been serving locals with delicious breakfast and lunch dishes for the past 62 years. The nostalgic, award-winning 13-seat custom-built diner serves a classic breakfast menu of traditional dishes and specialty plates, such as The Grump, which features hash browns with bacon, sausage or ham, two eggs, shredded cheese, and country gravy. Other special plates include The Thing, which consists of Texas toast, hash browns with bacon, sausage or ham, two eggs, shredded cheese, and green chili, the Merl Scramble, and sirloin steak and eggs.
