Burgers come from organic, grass-fed beef, pastured chicken, bison, ostrich, and elk. The produce is organic and locally sourced while the bread is made fresh daily.
The sauces, dressing, and aioli are house-made, and even the shakes are made with organic ice cream and milk. There are eleven styles of flame grilled, grass-fed burgers and nine specialty burgers. Sides include thick-cut curly fries, herb parmesan fries, sweet potato fires, batter-fried onion petals, and tater tots. Cali "O" offers a large selection of local craft beers too.
