University Park World Peace Rose Garden started with Kevin and Sandy Huber, who began the endeavor by potting 250 bare roots in their own barn in 2015. Eventually, they were transferred to the Rose Garden and joined the International World Peace Rose Gardens organization. Visitors are able to take their time exploring the 102-acre mixed-use community which is stunning. Along the way you’ll be able to read messages of peace which were submitted by students from around the world on the plaques in the garden. The inspiring rose garden has a calm and relaxing atmosphere that is great for reflection and meditation.
