The Fruit Bowl has been providing the residents and visitors of Stockton with fresh fruits and vegetables since it was established in 1947. Frank and Ina Lucchetti started the endeavor by selling fruit on a table they placed near the road on the edge of their ranch. There would always be a bowl of fruit from which passers-by could sample from, hence the name, The Fruit Bowl. The business grew exponentially over the years, with many of their friends bringing fruits from their orchards for a shared business experience. Still thriving after seventy years of business, the family establishment has passed on to the next generation. In addition to purchasing new fruits and vegetables, you’ll also be able to feast on their freshly baked pies during your visit there.
