Review:
Acres and acres of scenic vineyards are set against a backdrop of rolling hills in the beautiful Santa Ynez Valley. This is the family owned and operated Gainey Vineyard, in Santa Barbara county. The vineyards started off on just 50 acres, but these days 2 additional vineyards have been added to the family winery. Visitors to the area are invited to stop by the Gainey Vineyards Tasting Room to try some of the fine wines that are produced on site. These include a range of Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Riesling, Pinot Noir, Syrah, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon. There are inside and outside tasting areas and charcuterie platters are available.
