Review:

The Jensen Botanical Garden was founded by Charles C. Jensen in 1958, who started the garden as a post-retirement hobby with his wife. Some of the first plants he started with include Azaleas, Magnolias, Dogwoods, and Japanese Maples. The garden was preserved after his passing and continues to grow into a beautiful paradise for visitors to explore. Those who may be visually impaired are urged to visit the garden’s Nature Path for the Blind which encourages them to smell the unique fragrances and feel the different textures of various plants along the path. If you’re into gardening yourself, head to the garden on the second Saturday of every month to help with planting and maintenance.
