The Perry House is located in Monterey and was originally built in the late 1800s to be the home of Manuel Perry, a New England sea captain. However, during the Great Depression, the home fell into disrepair and was almost demolished had it not been saved by a local resident. Today, the home serves as a charming wedding venue.
