Port Jefferson offers more than 2 miles of beautiful shoreline, but nowhere is better for pets and their owners than Port Jefferson Public Beach and Dog Park. The walking path that runs along the beach is the perfect place to stretch your legs and give your dog some exercise, and it provides direct access to the beach for when your furry friend is ready to go play in the sand or the water. Once you've had enough of the beach, head to the doggy bakery down the street to pick up a special treat for your pet.
