Tucked in between two United States’ Naval Base beaches, Coronado Dog Beach is a beautiful white sand beach perfect for sunbathing and splashing around in the waves with your furry friend. The dog area is approximately 1.75 miles long and can be found on the western side of Coronado Beach; dogs are not permitted on any other part of the beach regardless of whether or not they're on a leash. Visitors are welcome to explore the tide pools on the beach and there are also plenty of amenities, including fire pits, washrooms and showers, picnic tables, and a volleyball area.
