Ombre Coffee is a local coffee roaster and café that house roasts ethically sourced coffee beans and supplies them to the six Bisbee Breakfast Club locations and Jerry Bob’s diners. The company has a roasting facility near East 12th Street and South Olsen Avenue and several cafés around town, serving a variety of serves a variety of organic, fair trade coffees like americano, cappuccino, macchiato, and espresso. The beverages menu also offers specialty coffee drinks, cold brews, loose leaf teas, honey-sweetened chai, and juices, along with a menu of light breakfast and lunch fare ranging from breakfast burritos and freshly baked pastries to gourmet sandwiches, chicken fried steak, and chilaquiles.
