A T Oasis Coffee & Tea Shop is a friendly neighborhood café and tea shop owned by Eritrean-born Aisha Tedros and her husband Abdul, who bring the rich flavors and beautiful traditions of Eritrea and Ethiopia to the heart of Phoenix. Founded in 2013, the warm and welcoming coffee shop serves as a gathering place for the community to get together and take a sensory journey to East Africa with imported Ethiopian and Moroccan coffee and tea. Coffee is made with all-natural green coffee beans imported directly from Ethiopian farmers, roasted in small batches in Phoenix, and served with a traditional Ethiopian coffee ceremony. A.T. Oasis Coffee & Tea signature chai highlights a variety of all-natural spices from Sambusas to full Mudamas imported from Eritrea, Ethiopia, and around the world. A.T. Oasis Coffee & Tea sells its coffee wholesale to local and regional coffee shops and roasters, and the café is open for breakfast, brunch, and lunch daily.
