Located in Paradise Village Gateway, Rusconi's American Kitchen is a bustling spot that serves wood-fired New American dishes in a chic, contemporary setting. Helmed by Chef Rusconi, the restaurant offers an ever-changing and seasonally-inspired menu of regional American cuisine prepared with fresh locally sourced ingredients and regional produce from the surrounding valley. Signature menu items are cooked to perfection in a wood-burning grill such as grilled beef tenderloin medallions, grilled loin of lamb with English pea risotto, roasted chicken salad with baby greens, and grilled sustainable salmon with fingerling potatoes. The cuisine is accompanied by a hand-curated wine list of casual wines and a spirited cocktail menu featuring classic and modern libations, as well as craft beers by the bottle and on tap. Rusconi’s American Kitchen is open for lunch and dinner Monday through Sunday.
