The Phoenix Public Library offers a variety of different programs available to the public, including its insightful Arizona 101 programs that provide both local residents and visitors alike a chance to learn more about the state of Arizona, the “Grand Canyon State.” The @Central Gallery is located at the Burton Barr Central Library. This art gallery showcases fine art exhibits that feature works by artists from Arizona. Visitors can explore the gallery during the library’s normal hours of operations, as well as First Fridays. One interesting feature in several of the library of the Phoenix Public Library system are the active workstations.
