The brewhouse/taproom is housed in an old renovated guesthouse that patrons love for its coziness and intimacy. All of the brews focus on quality and are made in many flavors using different styles, techniques, and ingredients. The simple space is perfect for enjoying craft beer while having a friendly conversation, and though there are no meals served on site, you are more than welcome to bring food with you or have it delivered there.

The Huss Brewing Company is a family-owned and operated endeavor with a variety of freshly crafted local beer. The husband and wife team, the Husses, have over twenty-five years of experience in the craft beer industry. The quality lager and ale brewery focuses on American craft beer, and a visit to either of their tap rooms will let you try any of their twenty revolving handles of beer. Some of the beers offered all year long include the German-style Scottsdale Blonde, the Magic in the Ivy pale ale, and their delicious Copper State IPA. The summer seasonal offering of their pale session wheat, Sunday Funday, is a crowd favorite.

Focusing solely on creating delicious craft brews, the Sonoran Brewing Company has two delicious brews that you should try when you’re in Arizona. Their DFRNT IPA is completely different from what you might expect and is smooth, sporty, and just a delicious drink to enjoy after a long day or when hanging out with friends. The WHT CHCLT ale is a delicious, sweeter option that will leave you completely relaxed. Both of the beers come in 12oz. and 22 oz. bottles, which you can purchase directly at the brewery or enjoy in one of the many bars across Arizona where they’re available.

4. Throne Brewing Company

The Throne Brewing Company is a family owned and operated brewery that has been serving the residents and visitors of Glendale with finely crafted brews and delicious foods prepared with locally sourced ingredients. The idea came to be during a family trip to the Czech Republic and the brewery now aims to bring a bit of a European feel to the valley. Though they also have wines and ciders, the beers are the star; favorites include the gose Guns and Goses, IPA Blood Orange Bell Road, their super sessionable sour Hibiscus Sour, and their blueberry wheat Boys in Blue.
