Located in the beautiful Bear Mountain State Park, the Bear Mountain Inn is a rustic stone and timber lodge that overlooks Hessian Lake. The building was originally constructed in 1915, and while it retains all of its historic charm, it's been carefully restored and renovated to include modern comforts like mini fridges, TVs, and luxurious bedding. The park itself offers an ice-skating rink and plenty of wonderful cross-country ski trails, but if you'd rather spend your time at the inn, you can enjoy a meal at the on-site restaurant and pamper yourself in the on-site spa.
