On at hot summer’s day there is nothing to beat a water park for a fun day out for the whole family. Although Simpsonville’s Discovery Island Waterpark is not one of the largest in the country, it offers more than enough facilities to keep the children (and adults) active and happy for a day. The park has a large pool surrounded by sun loungers so that you can relax while keeping an eye on the kids. There are open and closed water slides for adults and older children, a fun flow-rider area and an island offering slides and fun equipment for younger children.
