New Berlin is a city in Waukesha County, Wisconsin, and one of Milwaukee’s western suburbs, not far from Lake Michigan. Once a rural, mostly agricultural community, New Berlin today has a country vibe but has all the amenities of the city. George Webb opened his very first “hamburger parlor” in Milwaukee, with a goal of becoming a neighborhood restaurant offering food 24 hours a day. His menu of hamburgers, soups and chili quickly developed a serious following. The restaurant changed the owner at some point, but continued to grow using the same policy – comfort food cooked to perfection, made using the best ingredients.
