Cafe Zupas' first location opened in Utah during 2004. The two founders had the idea to create a restaurant based on their experiences traveling abroad. They discovered many different unique flavors and spices from the various cultures they interacted with. With this idea, Cafe Zupas became a space where families and friends could gather to share a house-made meal. The owners wanted their food to reflect quality, so all the cafe’s soups, dressings, and spreads are made from scratch. Their restaurant blossomed into a successful business, which caused them to open dozens of locations. The whole-food menu includes items like fresh and delicious soups, salads, and sandwiches.
