Space Gallery boasts over 4,000 square feet of event space with a contemporary backdrop, stunning architecture, and high ceilings. The venue is so adaptive that it can cater to all kinds of events accommodating up to 300 people. The place offers a relaxed atmosphere while still being flexible enough to adjust to your preferences, such as bringing your own caterer for food and drinks.

Gallery Hours

Space Gallery is open from Wednesdays to Saturdays from late in the morning to afternoon.

Wednesdays to Fridays - 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Saturdays: 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM

Note, however, that the space itself is available for rent at any day of the week, although the rates may vary.


The prices seem to change over the years. It appears, however, that the rates are cheaper during the weekdays. Below are the rates for the years 2018 and 2019.


- Fridays: $4,500

- Saturdays: $5,000

- Sundays: $4,000

- Mondays to Thursdays: $3,000


- Fridays: $5,000

- Saturdays: $6,000

- Sundays: $4,000

- Mondays to Thursdays: $3,000

Rates above cover an event package of eight (8) hours and are subject to surcharges during the holidays. There are also special Off-Peak rates during the months of January, February, and March, where the rates are $750 less than the published rates. If you book on Mondays to Wednesdays during this season, you can avail of half-day rates.

Finally, there are special rates for non-profits who wish to use the gallery. Event packages of eight (8) hours between Mondays to Thursdays are worth $2,500.


The rates mentioned above cover eight-hour event packages that include:

- Use of an audio system with video projectors and wireless microphone;

- Use of all equipment offered for rent by the gallery, except for the photo booth, lights, lanterns, napkins, and linen;

- Room for catering complete with sink, refrigerators, ice chests, and prep counters;

- Rolling steel and back bars;

- Two private rooms for family gatherings and weddings; and

- 17 on-site parking spots as well as free parking on Santa Fe Drive

Larger events can also opt for a private car lot that can accommodate up to 80 cars for only $500.

Note that you can bring your own equipment to the event.

No Time Limit: You can set your event to run at any time of the day since you’re charged by the hour. You’ll also have exclusive use of the venue since the gallery can only accommodate one event at a time.


You can reserve the spot for your event via phone or by email. To secure the dates you want, you have to sign a contract and pay a 50% deposit that’s non-refundable even in the event of cancellation. They accept all major credit cards with an exception to American Express.
