Accommodations at Okemo Mountain Resort are right along the slopes in The Green Mountains of Central Vermont. There are 13 properties total each with their own unique season long packages and special offers that are detailed online at the Okemo website. Some of the properties features indoor pools, jacuzzies, private recreation centers, 2 and 3 bedroom suites, townhomes, lofts, in room kitchens, and more economical options such as standard hotel rooms.

Some of the properties are located more centrally to the resort and have ski in/ski out access while others are located more remotely on the mountain and offer seclusion and privacy. More details on the various properties can be found online including pricing and availability.

When booking at the resort a 60% deposit is required. No pets are allowed at the resort and the Jackson Gore Property is nonsmoking. Season long rentals are available that cover all utilities, linens and towels. More details can be provided by the resort.

Activities and Events

Okemo Mountain Resort is open year-round and although known for its amazing ski terrain, as amazing summer activities as well. Many activities are weather dependent making operating hours’ subject to change without prior notice.

Pools, Hot Tubs and Splashes

The indoor, 35,000-gallon heated pool, is located inside The Spring House and is perfect for families at only 4.5 feet deep. There are designated lap swim times, but the pool is mostly open for family play time and features hoops for water basketball. The splash pool features a whimsical frog slides and reaches a depth of 1.5 feet for the toddlers and is also heated. The Spring House also features a raised platform hot tub that is ADA compliant. Spa and Massage services are also available through The Spring House where all therapists are trained through fully accredited colleges. Massages, skin treatments, and body scrubs are available. There is also a fitness center, and a studio where guests can enjoy group fitness classes.

Pool parties can be held in The Spring House pool. Lifeguards are not available and restrictions do apply.

The Jackson Gore Inn Pool Complex is only accessible to Village owners and guests and features an impressive 100,000-gallon outdoor heated pool, multiples hot tubs, a sauna, steam room, and locker rooms.

Ski Lessons

Ski and snowboard instructors are available at Okemo to assist skier and rider of every skill level from those stepping feet on a mountain and putting on skis for the very first time, to those who are experts looking to explore new terrain. There are lessons available for ages 2 and up and daycare programs that start at 6 months to 4 years old available to families who are on vacation.

Also available are season long Ski and Snowboard programs for kids ages 4-19. Snow Stars and Mountain Explorer are designed to teach kids the fundamentals and how to have fun with the sport. AmplitudePLUS is for more advanced athletes looking to groom their skills over bumps, terrain parks, and trees. There is also a competitive program at Okemo for riders 8-19 that includes racing and freestyle divisions.

Dining Options

There is no shortage of dining options at Okemo Mountain Resort which is known for its high caliber fare. With full service restaurants, cafes, and coffee shops, as well as cafeteria style options, there is something for everyone and every budget, on the mountain resort. Some of the standouts include Coleman Brook Tavern by Chef Scot Emerson, Epic at Solitude, Siena, for full service and high quality restaurants. Sitting Bull is an ideal spot for lunch and located in the Clock Tower makes it a happening spot for live entertainment during the skiing action. Roundhouse Café is a food court inside Jackson Village with quick, healthy options, and Base68 is a great breakfast spot also in the Clocktower.
