3.Try Russian Caviar
Once considered the food of the wealthy and called ‘Russia’s true black gold,’ caviar is an integral part of Russian culture. No Russian meal is complete without salmon caviar, and Sochi is a great place to try the delicacy from local varieties sourced from Sochi trout farms to globally produced caviar. The best-known types of Russian caviar are Beluga, Osetra, Sevruga, and Sterlet, along with Siberian Sturgeon and Russian Sturgeon.
