Zest is a stylish over-21 restaurant and bar in Salt Lake City that was established in 2012 by owner/operator Casey Staker. A vegetarian himself, Casey opened Zest with a mission to make a difference to the city's limited number of healthy restaurants. Zest Kitchen & Bar's dine-in reservations are powered by the Yelp online application, which accepts table reservations for up to 18 people. Events and groups consisting of 20 people or more must contact Casey on 801-859-8505 for reservations. The only requirement is that everyone in the group must be aged 21 and above.
Zest space is available 7 days a week for event bookings ranging from corporate gatherings to birthday parties. Available spaces include the upper dining are, bar and lounge, and entire restaurant buyout.
