Salt Flats Brewing pride themselves on being all about great beer – producing and serving it in a friendly, inviting environment. The locally owned and operated brewery in Draper creates a variety of handcrafted beers, ales, lagers and IPAs, ranging from the Daytona IPA, Top Gear Ale, and Salt Flats Hefeweizen to P1 Pilsner, Backseat Blonde and Baja Mexican Ale. Salt Flats Brewing is home to the Garage Grill, Draper’s only brewery and restaurant, which serves a variety of homecooked cuisine such as appetizers, wood-fired pizza, pasta dishes, meaty entrées, and gourmet sandwiches. Salt Flats Brewing and the Garage Grill are open Monday through Sunday at various hours.
