Located next to the railyard in the burgeoning Granary District, Kiitos Brewing is a trifecta of environmental, social and beer-making concepts and one of Salt Lake’s latest microbreweries. Founded by Andrew Dasenbrock and helmed by brewmaster Adam Bulson, Kiitos Brewing features a high-efficiency brewing system (HEBS) that produces a minimum of 5,000 barrels of 100-percent wheat ale and other beer annually with the lowest environmental impact. Kiitos Brewing produces a core grocery store line-up of an amber ale, blonde ale, and an American pale, with ten beers on tap and single and a double high-point IPA, which are also for sale in their bottle shop. Signature brews include the Mosaic Pale, Holiday Ale, Coffee Cream, and 16 oz. cans of IPA and Double IPA.
