Originally founded in Salt Lake City in 1884, Fisher Brewing Company is a community-focused craft brewery and taproom that produces and serves handcrafted beers, ales, and lagers, along with casual fare from local food trucks. Located in the Granary District of Salt Lake City, the Fisher Brewing Company features a rotating selection of core, seasonal and limited release beers, which can be sampled on tap in the tasting room, or purchased in various bars, restaurants, and stores around the state. Signature beers include Piney Brown, a hoppy brown ale, Beet Saison, a farmhouse ale, Citra Bomb Tom, an American Pale Ale, Mild Child, an English Dark Mild Ale, and Amber Lager, an American Red Lager. Food can be bought from a rotating cast of local food trucks and enjoyed on the dog-friendly patio from Monday through Sunday at various hours.
