Located in a charming historic trolley garage on Trolley Square, Desert Edge Brewery has been part of the Salt Lake Dining scene for over 30 years and is a favorite spot which attracts both locals and visitors alike. Desert Edge Brewery produces signature brews such as the Latter Day Stout and the Happy Valley Hefeweizen, Gazacca Pale Ale, Vienna Lager, Poptire Porter, and Belgian Witbier, which are available by the glass, pint, pitcher or growler. Desert Edge Brewery also features a casual restaurant that serves a menu of New American fare such as house pasta salads and gourmet sandwiches.
