1.Antelope Island State Park
The Antelope Island State Park near Syracuse, Utah encompases the entire 42-square-mile Antelope Island, the largest of the ten islands in the Great Salt Lake. The park is located in the southeastern part of the lake and is well known for having scenic natural beauty, with hills and mountains overlooking beaches and reflecting waters. The most popular activities at the Antelope Island State Park include cycling, hiking, and wildlife viewing, such as American bison, bighorn sheep, pronghorn, and mule deer. Other activities include camping, photography, horseback riding, and the Fielding Garr Ranch. The visitor areas contain restrooms and water.

The first location of Crown Burgers opened back in 1978 by Rula and John Katzourakis, along with Rula’s brother Nick Katsanevas. The menu started out with around sixty-five items and has since grown to include nearly one hundred, including burgers, chicken, fish, onion rings, fries, salads, sandwiches, and some Greek dishes, such as souvlakia and gyros. All of the salads and condiments are made fresh every day. The most popular item on the Crown Burgers menu is its signature sandwich, the “Crown Burger,” a quarter-pound burger with cheese, onions, tomato, lettuce, Thousand Island dressing, and lots of pastrami.

3.Iceberg Drive Inn

The Iceberg Drive Inn was started by Lamar Sorensen back in the year 1960 and has been a family tradition ever since. The nostalgic eatery is well known for its over-the-top Famous Thick Shakes, Hand-Breaded Onion Rings, and Fries, as well as sandwiches, freshly cooked burgers, and other somewhat unique food options. Starting out with just one location in Salt Lake City, the Iceberg Drive Inn has expanded to include franchise locations throughout Utah, California, and Arizona. The same “tried and true” recipe used by Lamar in 1960 is still used today at the Iceberg Drive Inn.
