Owner Miguel Morales is proud to bring his 16 years of service experience to his new venture situated in the blossoming St Elmo community. Perfectly accenting the diverse multi-cultural diversity that embodies modern-day American cuisine, Morales has created an eclectic menu, taking traditional Southern cuisine and spicing it with a dash of his mother’s Spanish heritage and a tickle of his father’s Puerto Rican roots.

The restaurant itself is simply styled with a big, relaxing space indoors where you can watch the chefs at work through a large viewing window. Alternatively, take a seat in the front dining room, where you can enjoy the breeze through the roll-up door, and if even the breeze is not enough, take a seat outside on the restaurant’s patio to really soak up the beautiful Chattanoogan weather.

On Saturday and Sunday, the regular menu is replaced by an innovative brunch menu served from 11:00am to 2:00pm Saturday and 10:00am to 4:00pm on Sunday. The menu changes from season to season, but you can expect exciting treats such as the N.C. rainbow trout hash, fried chicken and waffles, or the classic biscuits and gravy.
