Cedar Hall boasts three venues for a variety of ceremonies and receptions for up to 250 guests.
Rental of the venue includes the exclusive use of the entire Cedar Hall property for seven hours on the day of the event (three hours before the ceremony and four hours once the service begins), an elegant Bridal Suite with a full bathroom, plush seating, a spacious closet, and access to the Manor House porch. The rental fee also includes exclusive use of The Gentleman’s Loft, which features a dressing closet, flat-screen television, a mini-fridge, and two bathrooms, and complimentary refreshments and an artisan charcuterie board is served in both The Bridal Suite and The Gentleman’s Loft. Guests have exclusive use of Cedar Hall and Heartwood Hall for engagement photos and bridal portraits (by appointment only), access to The Parlor and The Library for relaxing before the ceremony, and complimentary parking in a fully paved parking lot with parking attendants.
Rental of the venue also includes table and chairs, china, flatware and glassware, lighting and sound equipment, floor-length linens, and other décor, aisle markers, centerpieces, a dance floor, venue set-up and clean-up, liability insurance, and event planning and management.
