Planted in 2005, Hyman Vineyards grows three different types of muscadine grapes, which are used to make wine as well as jams, juices, salsas, and sauces. Customers can choose between dry, medium, and sweet wine according to their preference. The business also produces a line of natural health products, which are proudly formulated using the latest laboratory and clinical research. All of the vineyard's products can be purchased from its booth at the Pee Dee State Farmers Market, and some are also carried at other stores in the area. Tours of the vineyard itself can sometimes be arranged by appointment.
