Joseph's is popular for serving USDA Prime dry-aged beef, which is regarded as the most tender and juiciest beef grade available in the United States. Joseph's Steakhouse serves lunch Monday to Friday between 12:00pm to 3:00pm. Dinner is served Monday through Thursday from 5:00pm to 9:30pm, Fridays and Saturdays from 5:00pm to 10:30pm, and on Sundays, dinner is served from 5:00pm to 9:00pm.
