Owned by restauranteur, Alessandro (Alex) Prestifilippo who moved to the United States from Sicily in 1988, Gourmet Italia focuses on serving classic Italian dishes and modern New American fare with signature dishes like Lobster Ravioli, Seafood Pescatore, Osso Bucco, Filet Steak, Lamb Shank, Ostrich steak and fresh fish. The menu also features favorites like Spaghetti Bolognese, Farfalle al Salmone, Lasagna, Veal Limone, and Primavera Pizza, and an extensive list of casual wines from around the world, craft beers and brews on tap, classic cocktails and high-end spirits.
