Shula’s restaurant is named for the famous NFL coach who led the Miami Dolphins in its undefeated 1972 season. The restaurant’s highlight is its aged Premium Black Angus Beef and its one-of-a-king 48-oz. Porterhouse Steak. Shula’s restaurant is open for dinner.
Il Mulino, open for evening meals, brings the flavors of Italy to the center of Florida. Its casual chic atmosphere makes for a wonderful setting where patrons can savor its handmade pasta and artisan pizzas.
Kimonos is decorated in dark teakwood with gorgeous kimonos adding color to the décor. On its menu is authentic Japanese sushi, Oriental hors d’oeuvres, tempura platters, Kobe beef, and duck satay. Nightly karaoke adds to the fun at Kimonos.
Todd English’s Bluezoo brings sophistication and design with fine artistry displayed around the restaurant and Dale Chihuly chandeliers hanging from the ceiling. Bluezoo is open nightly for dinner and features seafood and coastal cuisine.
Garden Grove is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. In the midst of the restaurant is a 25-foot oak tree adorned with twinkling lights and paper lanterns, and the remainder of the space has a park-like atmosphere. Garden Grove proffers an unlimited buffet of fresh vegetables, gourmet soups and salads, prime rib, roast chicken, cedar-plank salmon, and decadent desserts. Guests wishing to dine with Disney characters can do so here.
The Fresh Mediterranean Market is a breakfast spot with Mediterranean inspiration. Hearty, hot Southern morning meals are served here, in addition to fruit, cereal, and yogurt.
The Fountain Eats and Sweets serves a variety of casual fare such as salads, burgers, and sandwiches. This eatery is a great place for desserts, soft-serve ice cream, malts, and shakes, and it is open for lunch and dinner.
Picabu, which combines food and art, is a 24-hour cafeteria serving America’s favorite foods.
The Cabana Bar and Beach Club is nestled beside the Dolphin lap pool and serves sophisticated appetizers, salads, sandwiches, and seafood. Guests wanting refreshment next to the pool will enjoy its menu of cocktails and frozen drinks.
Splash is an eatery at the Swan lap pool, while Splash Terrace is located in the pool area of the Dolphin. Both bistros serve sandwiches, pizza, snacks, and ice cream.
The Java Bar is open all day and serves a variety of coffees, beverages, and fresh pastries. The same fare can be found in the Lobby Bar, which is open mornings and evenings.
