The villas available at The Vines range in size from 1000 to 2700 square feet with one or two bedroom layouts available. Siete Fuegos, meaning seven fires, is the on-site restaurant at The Vines and serves up many regional dishes, including those centered around Argentina’s fine beef. Guests can make reservations ahead of time to sit front row for views of the open kitchen where the magic of open-flame cooking is on display. There is indoor and outdoor dining space available. Siete Fuegos also offers fine vegetarian and kosher meal options. Along with the delectable menu, guests will find the wine menu very expansive. There is a wine to suit every entrée and preference.
