There are two things that people remember about Buttermilk Channel in Brooklyn: their hearty American comfort food and their weekend brunches. In fact, the place is so busy during brunch that they don’t even take reservations during that time anymore. But that fact alone says a lot about the restaurant’s good quality comfort food and their overall customer service.
