Manhattan Cricket Club is a sophisticated, off-the-beaten-path Upper West Side lounge that is located above upscale Australian restaurant Burke and Wills. The cricket-inspired lounge strives to recreate the splendor of 19th-century colonial clubs, showcasing vintage photographs, books, and trophies along with decor elements such as glass sconce chandeliers and Oriental rugs. Southeast Asian-influenced cocktails are prepared by former Minetta Tavern mixologist Greg Seider, utilizing unique ingredients such as garden tomato essence vodka and white truffle mist. Food may be ordered up from Burke and Wills, prepared by executive chef Rodrigo Nogueira, known for his work at restaurants such as Colicchio and Sons. An exclusive row of private liquor lockers is available for club members, who may also make advanced reservations.
