iPlay America, located in Freehold, New Jersey, is a one of a kind destination perfect for families looking for fun without having to worry about the elements. With rides, attractions, games, and special events meant for the smallest guests through the oldest, the facility will entertain all day and all-night long.

History

Featuring over four acres of indoor space, iPlay America has been compared to an indoor Jersey Shore boardwalk mixed with a mall, a New York City street, and a nightclub. It opened in November of 2011 and welcomes thousands of guests through its front doors on a monthly basis. They are also looking to expand as well as to continue to bring in new talent for their many special events.

Permanent Attractions and Exhibits

iPlay America is a selection of rides, attractions, arcade games, and other fun experiences that guests can choose from in whatever combination works for each individual visit. Below is just a small selection of the many options visitors will find inside.

- Freedom Rider - This unique ride gives its riders the roller coaster experience without having to head to a large, expensive theme park. The cars themselves spin 360 degrees through the twists, turns, and sudden drops while racing around the track.

- Laser Tag - Cosmic Battle is a family favorite at iPlay, as it is two stories and over 6,000 square feet of good old-fashioned family fun. Battles will last eight minutes and can accommodate 35 players each round.

- Go Karts - The electric go karts at Pine Belt Speedway let guests race their friends and families around the banked turns and thrilling straight-a ways to see who will take that checkered flag.

- Kite Flyer - Experience flight with this one of a kind ride, which lets guests soar, turn, and fly on a unique glider.

- 4D Theater - Once guests experience theater in four dimensions, simple two-dimension theater just will not be good enough anymore. This multi-sensory experience lets guests choose their own adventure with a variety of movies like DinoSafari, Glacier Race, Time Chasers, and more.

- Mini Bowling - Bowling at iPlay is the best type because there is no shoe rental required. Games can be played to either five or ten frames in one of the four different computerized lanes.

Add on passes are also available, which allow guests to add the Kidz and High Rope courses, 4D Theater, bowling, laser tag, and/or four hours of video games (non-redemption) for an additional charge.

The venue is intimate enough to feel like guests can truly get up close and personal with the musical talent without having to pay a lot.

There are also meet and greets offered there, featuring a variety of different entertainment, sports figures, and more. Recent celebrities visiting iPlay have included Bernie Williams and Hulk Hogan. Many of the concert series will also include an additional meet and greet after the show (for an additional cost). Guests should check ahead if they are interested.

One favorite special event at iPlay that happens on a monthly basis are the Dinner Show Series events. Tables can be purchased for two people or four people, and standard admission is also available. Many of the events do include a two-drink minimum. Some of the different themes featured in the past are British Invasion, Broadway, Stevie Nicks, and Journey top notch cover bands. Tickets to these dinner shows include the show, a full buffet, and potentially cocktail service.

In addition, the facilities are available to rent out for many different types of both personal and public events. The spaces offered can host up to 3500 guests at a time and include a variety of private suites for more intimate affairs, banquet rooms for events that will include food, and spacious venues perfect for larger birthday parties or weddings. Contact the event staff at iPlay for additional booking information.

For large groups, iPlay America is more than happy to cater. Schools, camps, youth organizations, and even team building events are frequently welcomed into the building. Group discounts will be provided as well as group meals plans. These group events are allowed for up to four hours at a time and can be catered to anywhere from 15 to 3500 guests with advance notice. Contact the staff as far in advance of a group visit to reserve time and space, as well as to receive the discount. Groups will also be provided with game tickets and ride bands.
