Tazza Kitchen in Raleigh is a new American Restaurant that offers wood-fired tacos, pizzas, and more; the restaurant derives its name from “TA” for taco, “ZZA” for pizza. The restaurant was founded by friends John Davenport, Jeff Grant, and John Haggai, who opened the first Tazza Kitchen, Short Pump, in 2013. The restaurant features a seasonal menu that highlights locally sourced ingredients as well as local farmers, brewers, and food artisans. Custom wood-burning brick ovens adorn every kitchen of Tazza, which operates in six locations of Virginia, North Carolina, and South Carolina.

Tazza Kitchen's hours differ depending on the location, and most of the locations operate during the below timings;

· Lunch - served Tuesday through Saturday from 11:30am to 2:30pm

· Dinner - served Tuesday through Thursday from 4:30pm to 10:00pm, Sundays and Mondays from 4:30pm to 9:00pm, and Fridays and Saturdays from 4:30pm to 11:00pm

· Brunch - served on Sundays from 10:30am to 3:00pm

· Happy Hour and Bar Bites - Selected locations of Tazza Kitchen offer happy hour Monday through Thursday from 4:30pm to 6:30pm and Fridays from 4:30pm to 6:00pm. Some locations also offer bar bites from Monday to Thursday between 4:30pm and 6:30pm.
