The hotel features four different room types. Classic Rooms are standard rooms with queen-size beds with plush linens, private bathrooms, and modern amenities, while Select Rooms are large in size and feature queen-size beds with luxurious linens, private bathrooms and modern amenities, including a mini-fridge. Premium Rooms are newly remodeled, spacious rooms with king-size beds with plush linens, private bathrooms and modern amenities, including a mini-fridge, while luxury Suites are spacious and light with king-size beds with luxurious linens, private bathrooms, and separate sitting areas with comfortable seating and modern amenities.

Sage Lounge is a casual, relaxed eatery that serves creative small plates and acclaimed, herb-infused cocktails, fine wines and craft beers. Created by Head Chef, Lucio Garnica, the seasonal menu features globally inspired, farm-to-table cuisine prepared with locally sourced ingredients, fresh seafood, and herbs from the restaurant garden. Guests can enjoy a weekly Chef’s Specials Menu, which includes delicious dishes such as seared beef filet, celery root puree, and homemade vanilla ice cream with maple syrup and bacon sauce. Live music is offered on various evenings throughout the week.
The Sage Inn & Lounge offers an array of amenities to enhance guests’ stay, including Zen-like outdoor patios and gardens, a seasonal swimming pool with beach chairs and towels, yoga classes and Sunday morning meditations, electric car charging stations, and free parking. The Madeira Room is situated on the first floor next to the Lounge and caters for up to 100 seated and 120 standing guests and features auditorium-style seating for lectures, video presentations and meetings with state-of-the-art audiovisual and sound equipment.
The Pilgrim Room is a bright and light-filled space located next to the second-floor outdoor deck and is ideal for small meetings, receptions or dinners. This beautiful area has stunning views over Commercial Street and Cape Cod Bay and features high vaulted cathedral ceilings, skylights, and access to a private deck.
The Lounge is a stylish and contemporary environment in which to enjoy handcrafted cocktails, craft beers and fine wines and features rich wood paneling, a cozy fireplace, and a granite top bar. The Lounge can cater for up to 100 people in a comfortable setting.
